마우스화살표옆에(장구=모레시계)모양이붙어있을때는명령한행동을지금시행하고있다는겁니다..이때또다른명령을주게되면..^^밥을한수저입에넣었는데.곧.또한수저를넣는거나같습니다.

컴퓨터는복잡하고정교하게잘정리되어진기계입니다
기계를잘정리하고청소를하여야제성능을발휘해서사용할수있지요

1.첫 번째방법
인터넷익스플로러의창에서의[도구]나또는[시작]-->[제어판]에서[인터넷옵션]을클릭하고[임시인터넷파일]이나[일반]에서[파일삭제]누르고[확인]을누른후기다린다음다시[파일삭제]를누르고[오프라인항목모두삭제]에표시하고[확인]을한다.
(컴에따라다르지만1분에서20분소요됨.자주하면몇초에서몇분정도걸림)

***팁1:바탕화면아무것도없는곳에서마우스오른쪽을눌러등록정보-->화면보호기없음을선택하고오른쪽아랫부분에전원을누르고항상켜기나사용안함으로칸마다모두바꾸고시작하세요***

2.두번째방법
이작업은실질적인도움을주기도함(겁내지마시고따라해보세요.)

시스템리소스를확인하려면은먼저컴퓨터가부팅해서시작단추의설정의제어판을클릭한다음에나타나는화면에서시스템아이콘을더블클릭함.잠시후시스템등록정보가보이면성능탭을누름.
화면의내용을자세히살펴보면시스템리소스라는항목이있고,몇퍼센트가남아있는지확인할수있음.남아있는시스템자원이60%미만이라면,필요없는것을지워서최대한시스템리소스를확보하는것이좋음.권장하는시스템리소스는80%정도임.

---리소스확보하기---
(1)램이64MB는128MB로업그레이드하면가장확실하게효과를볼수있습니다.

(2)시작-설정-제어판-시스템-성능-가상메모리에서사용자가가상메모리를

관리하도록한다&n bsp;를선택한다음
(윈98에서는권장하지않는다고메시지가나오지만아무런무리가없음)
거기에컴퓨터메모리양의3배를잡아줌.
(예:64MB면180정도로잡아주고,128MB면350이나400을잡아주면됨)
(WindowsXP:시작-제어판-시스템-고급-성능에서설정-고급-프로그램-시스템캐시-가상메모리에서변경-사용자지정또는시스템이관리하는크기-확인-확인-확인)

(3)시작-실행-MSCONFIG를적고확인또는실행,항목중[시작프로그램]항목에들어가서거기에체크되있는것들중필요없는것들은모두체크표시를지운후확인을누름.진짜쓸모없이체크되어있는것들의대표적인것들은,[internet.exe],[레지스트리검사],[LoadPowerProfile],[TVwatch]정도인데,살펴보고또다른필요없는것들은체크표시를지운다.
자신이없으면그냥다체크를지운다.
그럼윈도우에서꼭필요한경우는다시시작할때체크가되고,불필요한것은체크가안됨.(확인을누른후컴을다시시작)

***팁2:Winport에체크가있을경우전용선에관련한것이니꼭체크해야함***

(4)가장실질적인것.
필요없는프로그램은전부언인스톨함.쓰지않는그래픽프로그램,또는모르고설치해버린것은모두삭제함.
시작-설정-제어판-프로그램추가/제거에서지움.(자신이없으면그냥두고확실히아는것,예를들면포르노계통이나XXX사이트에서다운로드된파일들은무조건지움-파일에마우스를누른후하일라& #51085;되면변경/제거누름)

***팁3:이곳에서도청소를--->시작버튼-검색-모든파일및폴더-전체또는일부파일이름난에
XXX또는SEX를써넣고-검색시작-찾기가다끝나면-모두하일라잍-마우스오른쪽-삭제를선택해서다날려보냄

(5)바탕화면에용량이많은사진들로도배해놓는것도시스템이느려짐.
(부팅하면서윈도우가뜰때바탕화면을읽어야되기때문에가능하면없는것이좋음)

(6)시작버튼을누르면많은것이주르르올라가는데,가능하면삭제요함.
모두단축아이콘이기때문에자주사용하는것외에는시작버튼에서프로그램을눌러사용함.
바탕화면의아이콘도마찬가지임.부팅이느려지는요인이됨.

***팁4:자주쓰는프로그램의아이콘들은바탕화면의빈공간에서마우스의오른쪽버튼을눌러새로만들기-폴더를눌러폴더가생기면이름바꾸기를해서이름을바꾸어그폴더안에같은종류끼리넣고사용하는방법도있음***

***팁5:작업표시줄의시작버튼바로옆의오른쪽에있는아이콘들도필요없는것들인데아이콘위에서마우스오른쪽버튼을눌러삭제함***

(7)지울때는왼쪽에있는Shift를누른상태에서Delete를눌러휴지통을거치지않고바로삭제함.
지금까지의과정을마치고바탕화면의휴지통을비우고컴을재시동한다.
컴이다시켜진후내컴퓨터아이콘위에서마우스오른쪽버튼을눌러등록정보-성능항목을보면 ,시스템자원이94%정도가됨을알수있음.
만일83%정도만나온다면,하드드라이브용량이많이남지않은경우이기때문에필요없는프로그램이나파일을삭제해서남아있는하드드라이브의용량을500MB이상확보해야함.
만약현재500MB정도가남아있으면,필요없는파일을더삭제해서보다많은하드드라이브의공간을확보해야함.

3.세번째마지막단계(컴을많이쓰는경우일주일에한번씩해줌)
(1)바탕화면빈공간에마우스놓고오른쪽버튼누름.

(2)등록정보-화면보호기-모니터그림아래쪽에화면보호기(S)밑에칸을눌러없음으로함.

(3)창오른쪽아래적용바로위쪽에전원을누름-전원구성표-항상켜기-모니터끄기-사용안함이나항상켜기-하드디스크끄기-항상켜기나사용안함-시스템대기-사용안함이나항상켜기-시스템최대절전모드-사용안함이나항상켜기-맨아래왼쪽의확인을누름.

A New Program Develops Coach-Like Leaders
Who Achieve Higher Employee Retention Levels, Better Customer Service and Enhanced Productivity

SAN DIEGO, April 1, 2002 -- Coaching.com—the world’s front-runner in organizational coaching—has announced a new “Coaching Essentials for Leaders” program targeted specifically toward leaders and supervisors who seek to increase their effectiveness and influence positive results within their organizations.

“Coaching Essentials for Leaders does not attempt to make leaders into coaches. Rather, leaders are encouraged to examine their current attitudes, behaviors and leadership styles while learning coaching skills that make them more effective managers,” says Homan. She has been a prominent figure in business coaching since 1989 and holds a Master Certified Coach credential from the International Coach Federation—an honor held by fewer than 300 individuals.
